Digital Project Manager

We're growing and looking for a conscientious and organised Digital Project Manager to join our team.

Working closely with management, you'll lead and structure workflow for our designers, web developers and digital marketing experts as well as look after the needs of our clients.

You'll oversee several projects simultaneously and prioritise workloads—from smaller, incoming update requests to larger, enterprise-scale new builds and web-based applications.

Creative/digital agency experience is ideal, but not absolutely essential.

The role will include:

  • day-to-day team organisation
  • managing a timeline of projects and tasks
  • running daily team stand-ups/huddles
  • defining the scope of each project and communicating this clearly to the team
  • setting clear work targets so that projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • updating clients on progress and dealing with issues as their direct point of contact
  • working alongside the team to improve processes and practises within our agency.

Additional skills and attributes:

  • a strong understanding of the web design and development lifecycle
  • a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and analytics techniques
  • the ability to carry out basic UAT (user acceptance testing) to ensure that our work performs and functions as expected across modern browsers and devices
  • an understanding of best practice information security and willingness to learn more about this field
  • a keen eye for detail and experience in using a wide range of digital tools to manage projects.

Is this you?

You're adept at dealing with shifting priorities as they happen. Having previously worked in a fast-paced digital/creative role, you understand that things can change quickly and frequently and you can adapt and remain calm under pressure.

You thrive in the digital world and you're outstanding at working as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting and enhancing the work of your colleagues. You're an excellent communicator who's comfortable collaborating and sharing ideas with team members and clients alike as well as liaising with all stakeholders.

You have a solid understanding of the constraints of project delivery across scope, time and budget and experience in applying this knowledge. You're happy using a range of project management tools and methodologies, blending them as required and adapting working practices to meet client needs.

You're meticulous, organised, methodical, creative and passionate about delivering outstanding digital projects.
